Just another trusted receiver that Rodgers could’ve had, if nothing else.

That includes Jimmy Graham. I cringe whenever they actually do catch it and begin running, because I’ve seen time and time again this year where the ball gets fumbled after a catch, which absolutely kills momentum.

Our receivers are not anything to brag about or be proud of. If you think they are, you’re fooling yourself. One of the worst receiving cores in the league.

That mean only 6 possession out of 176 had any impact because of a fumble and only 3 of them were a turnover.

Green Bay had 9 fumbles lost in total. That's QB, RB, WR and ST combined. That's 15th in the league. They are average. I am not going to go into every team's stat page to see how many teams WR corps have less but I can assume GB is "above average" in that department.

I swear, this is starting to remind me more and more of the end of the Favre era with every passing week. How vividly I remember that as Favre increasingly became a liability to the team, there was a contingent of fans who became increasingly shrill and strident in their insistence on blaming everyone but Favre for the team's problems—to the point that some of them (not to name names cough4PackGirlcough) effectively swore off the team after they finally moved on from Favre. It was embarrassing.

Even when he doesn’t fumble, it’s just scary looking to me for some reason. Almost uncoordinated.

I don't care if a guy holds the ball one handed and his arm is fully extended to his side. If he NEVER fumbles it don't matter how he carries it. He can toss it up and play catch with himself the whole way down the field. If he gets the maximum YAC it don't matter. (Disclaimer for those with little understanding- Naturally no one can so it would matter if someone tried these things.)

For the record, Allison fumbled twice. Lost one. Ditto Adams. Granted he had 50 more receptions but they both fumbled 2 and lost one. Jones 1 fumble, it was lost on 49 catches. Jimmy was stupid in the Vikings games and didn't switch hands when he was on the sideline. Fortunately his fumble was recovered by the Packers. He had 38 receptions. That's it.

So I went back and looked at all 6 fumbles. Not a one of them had any impact on any of the games. GB won them all.

Here's the damage they created:

1. Allison Week 2 vs MN (GB won)
2nd and 6 @ MN 36.
8 yard completion to MN 28.
Fumble recovered by MN
3 and out. MN punts.
GB lost a chance for a FG but won the game so it doesn't matter.

2. Adams Week 16 @ MN (GB won)
2nd/9 @GB 36
18 yard pass to MN 46
fumble recovered MN @ GB 48
MN had a 3 and out and 4 and out on their next 2 drives.
Kendrick injured and left the game. THAT had a huge impact on the rest of the game.
No points by MN.
Fumble had no impact.

3. Jones same game @ MN (GB Still won.)
3rd/5 @ GB 33
3 yard reception.
Jones fumbled trying to get the 1st down.
Recovered by MN
Converted FG.

The fumbles that were retained by GB:

1. Adams Week 13 vs NYG (GB won)
1st/10 @ GB 25
pass complete for 25 yards to 50.
ball fumbled out of bounds @ 50.
GB scored TD on drive.
Fumble had no impact on drive or game.

2. Graham Week 16 @ MN (GB won)
2nd/10 @ GB 45
18 yard completion to MN 37.
Fumble recovered by ALLISON! @ MN 39.
Results in GB 1st down.
GB FG.

3. Allison Week 17 @ Detroit (GB won)
1st/10 @ Det 14
6 yard reception to Det 8.
Fumble out of bounds. Possession retained at spot of fumble. No yards lost.
2 incomplete passes
GB FG
No impact.

Even more so the lost fumbles did not trow off the rhythm of any GB drives.
