It can be both that Aaron Rodgers holds the ball and gets rid of the ball too quick if the timing is all messed up. My theory is that the new playbook require Aaron Rodgers to learn new timing with the plays and receivers. If correct, Aaron Rodgers deserves some credit in really trying to adapt to this new framework but is still learning. Its only week 4. Lets hope that this new coach/QB duo pays dividends in January. What I don't want to see is a sandlot QB at the end of the season.

Just to be clear, there is a difference between getting rid of the ball quick and making your decision before the ball is snapped.
