from the Green Bay Press Gazette:
Tight end Tory Humphrey, a restricted free agent who wasn't tendered by the Packers, has been re-signed, and defensive end/linebacker Kenny Pettway has been released.
The Packers announced the roster moves today.
Humphrey overcame injury problems early in his career and played in all 16 games during the 2008 season. He caught 11 passes for 162 yards but had no touchdowns last season.
It means the Packers probably signed Humphrey for less than the lowest restricted free-agent tender, which was $1 million.
Pettway was signed off the street on Oct. 1 and appeared in eight games before he sustained a season-ending knee injury covering a kickoff on Nov. 30 against Carolina
