I don't think he's running the franchise. He made a power play, but it seems like the buck stopped at Murphy.
And who knows, maybe it genuinely is for the best. Even the sources who panned Aaron, still agreed Mike's offense was what we thought it was. Now we have a real offensive guru, let's go get some rings.
Everyone is saying the exact right things, for the most part. Aaron saying it's bitter ex players and impugning the journalistic integrity of Dunne is going too far, imo. But for the most part, everyone's hitting the talking points. That means it's being addressed and will pass.
Then it will be on Aaron to prove he's legit, by winning. And I think he's gonna do that. đ
