if I really disliked Mike so much, why would I re-sign knowing that if I play well and we do what we do around here -- we made the playoffs eight straight years, and then I got hurt and we missed the playoffs -- it's going to be me and Mike my entire career? Plus, the converse of this point, as opined by others in other threads, is that he would have be viewed (and probably could have) as holding the franchise hostage and could have named a coach if had not agreed to an extension.

Everyone is saying the exact right things, for the most part. Aaron saying it's bitter ex players and impugning the journalistic integrity of Dunne is going too far, imo. But for the most part, everyone's hitting the talking points. That means it's being addressed and will pass.

Then it will be on Aaron to prove he's legit, by winning. And I think he's gonna do that. 👍
