These are five upcoming free agents that the Green Bay Packers should consider to fill their need at safety for the 2019 season. Also I could be wrong on this, but Earl Thomas to Dallas almost seems like a lock (Thomas loves Texas, they got the former Seahawks coach leading them, and Jerry Jones loves hype and publicity, especially since it's gonna be a local boy), and I believe Mathieu openly said he took less money to in a strong defense and play closer to "home" (New Orleans), so I doubting he's a option for the Packers.

I think there will be a bidding war for Collins, at least if NFL teams think the same as fans... and some have suggested he might even get franchised tagged (I haven't looked up tag numbers to see if that's likely).

I wanted to draft Amos out of college, I said he would be the future Hyde.

I wonder what out former one year Titans coach thinks of the one year Titans Safety in Vaccaro... especially after facing him him for two years, when coach was with the Falcons and player was with the Saints.

IMO, the real question is, what Defensive Pro Bowlers will also be free agents this offseason?
I say examine all of your options before committing to any course of action. A Safety may be out there that would fit into GB's DC's lineup. Strengthening the Safety position with a great FA could only ease the way to drafting an offensive lineman or edge rusher with GB's #12 draft pick.

I know that all 5 players will not be available for GB to bid on.

Collins, Mathieu and Amos would be the best options. If they aren't available then GB needs to move on.

I thought Hyde and Amos has similar physical skill sets and would be similar type players.
Out of curiosity, I just looked up their PFF grade and they're ranked #7 and #8 Safety this last year.
