I would prefer, at least as a first priority to spend free agency dollars on the OL and DL. Quantity is not quality.

You're definitely on something here. I'm all for building the OL and DL first. Ted Thompson would say you can add defensive players via free agency easier than offensive players. He said offensive players have to grow up in the offense. He didn't use those words, but that was the thought. So I would think they need to invest draft picks in OL and could acquire defensive DL via free agency or GASP trade.

C/OG Conner Williams, Dolphins
I'm sure he'd prefer to resign with the income tax free state Dolphins, but the Dolphins (Bills, Chargers and Saints) are currently in the negative for 2024 cap space, not to say they couldn't do Cap Magic and open some up to resign guys

DT DJ Reeder, Bengals
Packers need a physical a physical run stopper and the Bengals have a number of guys that need to be resigned and have seemingly been focused on offense, letting some star defensive guys go.
