Though I think they might keep some of the old coaches like OL and TE. The question is who's available, willing to take the job and is better than we currently got.

There is also a rumor that LaFleur MIGHT keep Philbin as OC. Though with that rumor in mind it should be pointed out that Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay (who LaFleur is following) don't have OCs as they are their own OC... so if Philbin stays it might be more for head coach in experience. But they also might not have an OC if LaFleur continues that trend.

But WR coach and passing game coordinator from the 49ers, named Mike LaFleur? OLB coach from the Jets, Kevin Greene? ST coordinator from the Jets after getting some ST guys to the pro-bowl and one all pro... also Dolphins have a very good ST coach, but sounds like he had a very large contract for a ST coach, then again, maybe he earned it?

Campen will probably end up with McCarthy next season, somewhere.

The OL coach has taken 4th rounders and given us Bak, Sitton, Linsley and Lang.... can you name another coach that has given us so much with so late of a draft investment? He's making the most of what he has to work with... yes he needs more talent, but the whole use 1st round picks on OGs and get rid of the fairly successful OL coach just seems like over kill reaching in the draft and shooting yourself in the foot... one step forward, two step back.

Get value for the entire team, and it's not just the OL fault, there are 10 guys screwing up, not just 5! (I left Adams, off the screwing up list, because I honestly can't think of his screw ups this season)

If LaFleur thinks he has someone better then great, but we don't need change just for change sake.... other than maybe at RG... but that still doesn't necessarily cost a extremely high pick for an OG.

Also I believe the Packers have continued with majority zone blocking under MM and LaFleur is from the zone blocking systems as well... of course he might know it a lot better having worked directly under the Shanahan/Kubiak who innovatived it and have maximized it's skill.

So they probably still want those big althetic OL.
