Not sure if many of the people here are season ticket holders, but I do think I would be a bit pissed if we mailed in the last few home games. Yes I want to see what we have with Kizer and Boyle, but man I want to see them win if I am paying big bucks for my season tickets.

The question is does management owe it to the fans to put the best product on the field every single game or is it more important to preserve the longevity of the team by not risking injury to key players. The latter certainly could be considered looking out for the fans in the long run.
If I'm paying for season tickets I probably have the long term concerns of the team in mind and I would understand the reasons for sitting players. Yeah it would suck to not see Rodgers and company for a few games but if I knew that meant they would be 100% healthy for next year I probably wouldn't mind so much. I don't have a lot of sympathy for season ticket holders.
The fans I would feel sorry for would be those who scrimped and saved and bought a ticket for a once in a lifetime trip to frozen Green Bay in December only to have the stars benched and they had to sit through 10 below weather to watch a glorified pre season game.
