This is why due process, presumption of innocence, and the rule of law matter. For the Left, they shouted "believe all accusers" and put the onus of proof on an innocent man. To the left, the ends justify the means. They will stoop to anything to assassinate the character of their opponents.

2nd Kavanaugh Accuser Admits She Lied; Referred For Criminal Prosecution; Kamala's Office Involved

A Kentucky woman who accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of rape has been referred to the Department of Justice after she admitted that she lied.

The woman, Judy Munro-Leighton, took credit for contacting the office of Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) as "Jane Doe" from Oceanside, California. Jane Doe claimed - without naming a time or place - that Kavanaugh and a friend raped her "several times each" in the backseat of a car. Harris referred the letter to the committee for investigation.

"They forced me to go into the backseat and took 2 turns raping me several times each. They dropped me off 3 two blocks from my home," wrote Munro-Leighton, claiming that the pair told her "No one will believe if you tell. Be a good girl."

Kavanaugh was questioned on September 26 about the allegation, to which he unequivocally stated: "[T]he whole thing is ridiculous. Nothing ever -- anything like that, nothing... [T]he whole thing is just a crock, farce, wrong, didn't happen, not anything close."
...

In a Friday letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley wrote:

on November 1, 2018, Committee investigators connected with Ms. Munro-Leighton by phone and spoke with her about the sexual-assault allegations against Judge Kavanaugh she had made to the Committee. Under questioning by Committee investigators, Ms. Munro-Leighton admitted, contrary to her prior claims, that she had not been sexually assaulted by Judge Kavanaugh and was not the author of the original “Jane Doe” letter. When directly asked by Committee investigators if she was, as she had claimed, the “Jane Doe” from Oceanside California who had sent the letter to Senator Harris, she admitted: “No, no, no. I did that as a way to grab attention. I am not Jane Doe . . . but I did read Jane Doe’s letter. I read the transcript of the call to your Committee. . . . I saw it online. It was news.”

She further confessed to Committee investigators that (1) she “just wanted to get attention”; (2) “it was a tactic”; and (3) “that was just a ploy.” She told Committee investigators that she had called Congress multiple times during the Kavanaugh hearing process – including prior to the time Dr. Ford’s allegations surfaced – to oppose his nomination. Regarding the false sexual-assault allegation she made via her email to the Committee, she said: “I was angry, and I sent it out.” When asked by Committee investigators whether she had ever met Judge Kavanaugh, she said: “Oh Lord, no.”

Fitness.....do you think that the TRUTH of the liar admitting she made up the rape allegations will change the minds of the liberals?
Heck no!
Their predetermined HATE will overcome the truth.
I mean, why let the facts get in the way of their desire to destroy an innocent man’s reputation and life?
They hate the guy, and that in itself is reason enough to believe anything horrible said against him. (Or any future republican that gets in their way).

Then, if the woman made some clearly false and made-up claims of sexual assault, lock her up. There's no room for this BS. Both because you can ruin a man's life and because it makes the ones who have actually been sexually assaulted have to be doubted this way.

I very much doubt that's something the hatemongering liberals and the good, God-fearing Republicans can't find concencus on.

Rock, did you even read the posts in this thread? Did you see the people piling on, saying how horrible Kavanaugh is BECAUSE of the allegations? They found him guilty, just because of who (Trump) nominated him.
So someone lied, and this lie was used to say he wasn’t qualified.
So I just said what was true.
And you are right, people that lie about sexual assault make it hard for those that have had it really happen.
The “in thing” is to jump on the “me too” bandwagon, to get sympathy.
Hate someone? Say they assaulted you!
Men are not “innocent until proven guilty “ anymore. Just being accused seems to be enough now.

Again, Rock,
Did you see how fast they attacked Kavanaugh, with no more “proof” then allegations?
They were quick to throw the guy to the wolves, with no evidence.
Have you seen even ONE of then people on this site that were blasting him, come on here and write that they were wrong?

Let me hold up a mirror, so you can see the reflection of your logic: A woman lies about being at Auschwitz in an attempt to gain attention; therefore, the holocaust did not occur. Of course, there was no proof because there was no INVESTIGATION or a COMPETENT hearing !!!

FOCUS on his intemperance and the example provided of his pedestrian legal mind!

How about this? Your guy won...you won...you are a winner; CONGRATS! Now with your esteem lifted let’s analyze Kavanaugh thru the eyes of a good American.

You are happy that Kavanaugh “won” because he supports your thinking; I presume you’ll celebrate if those that think like you maintain control of Presidency, house and Senate, right?

See a true American, an educated American understands the importance of checks and balances. A good American; oh and you ready for this, any Christian, any true follower of Christ asks first what’s best for my country and then considers what’s best for himself. I say this because Jesus was not a me-first selfish fuck. Therefore, ALL of his true followers endeavor NOT to be me-first selfish Fucks.

And then I love the TV Faux-Christians drone on about the importance of the Constitution and how important the intent of the forefathers was and then they hypocritically go giddy goo goo gaga when arguably the most important aspect of the Constitution is trashed [Checks and Balances].

See, all the blather about law and order, the Constitution and Kavanaugh’s appointment is simply cover for what is at the heart of the Trump movement: White Supremacy! Most are faux Christian White Supremacists; the rest are duped and controlled by propaganda!

You can tell those captured by propaganda because they fire off their 2 or 3 sound bites they got from extreme right wing radio or TV; then they run from deeper discussion.

Interesting logic. Your thinking is because all of his accusers are proving to be liars, that still doesn’t mean he was not a groper?!? oooookkkkkkk

This isnt China, Russia, or France and perhaps you missed this and social studies, but there is a presumption of innocence in our country until evidence is presented and guilt proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Subsequent to all testimony, Ms. Ford’s and thother accusations are proving to be thinner than piss on a rock.

It’s funny, there was a blue wave coming until the left showed how they railroad people, and make unproven false accusations against their political enemies.
What many Americans are realizing is that if you don’t tell the line, you will be next.

Ironically, Showing the true inner venom of the left will prove to have been a blessing in disguise. They likely moved from flipping the Senate to losing 2 to 4 seats.

Barfarn, your rambling proved my point. THANK YOU!
You keep acting like Kavanaugh was proven guilty. There has been NO PROOF that he did it.
Yet you keep crying how bad he is, yet again, no more proof then some woman saying he did it 35 years ago.

You have proved my statement that liberals won’t let the facts get in the way of a good hate.
Again, thanks!
I’ll bet you were one of the ones that screamed how Bill Clinton getting a BJ from Monica was his own personal business. And his lying under oath was just fine.

dfosterf (22-Jan) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
