Of course. So does every other offense in the league when their QB throws the ball downfield and they don't complete it. So I don't get what the point of bringing it up every week is when it's pretty much par for the course as far as an NFL team goes. There's plenty of areas where the Packers are much more consistently deficient in ways that are irregular for an NFL team to talk about that have a much larger impact on the outcome of games than "Rodgers throwing it downfield an average number of times and completing it a below average number of times". Things like "Having the 5th best yards per attempt in the league but are 31st in number of attempts and still not running the ball much even when we're not behind 2 scores in the second half", "Bland and predictable offensive playcalling that average defensive coordinators are all over", "A secondary that barring about three names has consistent issues tackling average players and gives up long touchdowns that shouldn't be touchdowns about 1-2 times per game".
