Really, I'm the first to say

AARON RODGERS

While I like Flynn, this season is probably lost if we lose Rodgers.

No matter what backup we had, really. Had we got Culpepper or any of the other veteran backups, none of them were good enough to lead this team.

Oh I was expected to read the thread? My bad!

let me try again then.

I'll say Kampman. We're already a little thin at Dline and if we lost Kampman for any long period of time, it could really hurt us. I like our depth on Dline, but we dont have any extra Kampman's lying around. There isn't a Kampman tree out back or anything.

1. Ryan Pickett
2. Al Harris
3. Charles Woodson
4. Aaron Kampman

They're all defensive players. So I guess I like our depth on offense, with the major exception of the QB position. TE is a little thin, but I see it as a less vital position than most others.

I gotta say Kampman as well. He is the key to the DL and thus the whole defense.

Without a doubt Grant. Not sold at all on Jackson. Hope he proves me wrong this year.

You want to finish your career here?

Depends on who we play.

Dallas I think Woodson or Harris being out hurts. We saw that last year. They just motioned TO and he had to be passed off in coverage to someone like Frank Walker.

A team like Minnesota, Ryan Pickett being out hurts.

Indianapolis and I think losing Aaron Kampman as that pass rush on Manning would hurt us.

A team like Houston then Clifton to match up against Mario Williams hurts.

So a lot of this who can't we lose stuff depends on who we play the next week in my opinion.

Pickett, then Woodson.
We all saw what it was like run defense wise without him there in the preseason. We were gashed BIG time with the run.
Woodson......he's our best DB. Without him, they can throw all day.

I may be in the minority but I still think Harris is our number one. He matches up against the other's top WR and does a great job shutting them down. After the Giants-Packers game everyone keeps saying Harris is done. One game where all the conditions were in Plax's favor, doesn't erase evrything Harris had done that season. He played most of the season with a bad back and still shut down the likes of Roy Williams, Brandon Marshall, Steve Smith, and the Queens supposed savior Bernard Berrian

Harris is important, i agree 100%.
I just see Pickett as the guy that can get the push up the middle, hopefully engauging 2 guys, thus allowing our linemen to rush their QB. That would take some pressure off our DB's. If theres no pressure, that will kill us. QB's had WAY too much time in the pocket, and when they were flushed from it, they picked up big yards running.
