Sit his as on injured reserve and get high picks.

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers could be getting his top three receivers back for Monday's game against the 49ers. But following a setback last week, Rodgers is hoping to avoid going back to the bulky knee brace he used in the early part of the season.

If he's not gonna execute the offense, maybe he should take a seat.

Rodgers “not executing” the offense is 100 times better than Kizer “executing” the offense.

Don't wanna sound like I'm attacking either of you, because I definitely respect both Zero and Nerd, but people really gotta stop overreacting this early in the season...

Do the Packers look great right now? No. However, you can make an argument that every game they've lost or tied is the Packers fault, not the other team totally over matching them.

Tie against the Vikings - Obviously the bullshit roughing the passer call cost the game, yet they still had an opportunity to win at the end with a missed field goal at the end of regulation... Packers should've won

Loss against the Redskins - Randall Cobb single handedly ended four drives. Dropped pass on third down, dropped pass on 4th down, ran the wrong route on third down, and lost a fumble... Packers should've won

Loss against the Lions - Obviously Mason Crosby's 4 missed field goals and 1 missed extra point. Add in two Rodgers fumbles and a bullshit punt call that gave the Lions three short fields to score... Packers could've won.

Are the Packers as good as I hoped? No. However, they're nowhere as bad as people are making them out to be... The Packers have the talent to be a contender, it's just a lack of execution that lost us these games.

The fact that it's the Packers miscues that are costing us games should be at least a little encouraging. (Yes I'm a glass half full fan) Only because not one team has legitimately outplayed the Packers this year. That should at least give us fans some hope that we have not seen the best that the Packers have to offer yet...

I'm not gonna jump off the bandwagon just yet... I still have hope... It hasn't even been half the season yet

No, it is time for Aaron to take charge and be the leader THIS team needs him to be.

If you can't see that, that's fine. I hold no ill will, but bottom line, that is the problem with this team. We play tight and without discipline. Playing tight is on Aaron. Playing without discipline is on Mike McCarthy.

But hey, I'm sure we should all just blame Ted Thompson because wow, that's the cool thing to do! (not saying you're blaming Ted Thompson, but a plethora of others STILL bitch about him)

I don't really agree with that but, if that is the case, it is a shitty self fulfilling prophecy that the new GM (and Aaron) should be partially blamed for. Also, screw TT.

Not saying I'm 100% correct here, as I've only gone through a couple seasons worth of data and I haven't been able to find leaugewide statistics and I'm not going to spend hours manually compiling that myself, especially after my post was completely ignored the first time after spending about 30 minutes on it.

Here it is again. Read it. React. Come back with something tangible to counter with, not a gut feeling or a collection of visual anecdotes or quotes from players or coaches spoken to a story-hungry media. Confirmation bias is a bitch.

However, I cannot say I see in a REPLAY (usually in slow motion) that the QB should have seen the same thing. The thing about playing QB is you have progressions, you have reads, you have counter-reads and you also play the eye game, which means looking the Safety off. You mix that with being pressured and it's easy to miss an open guy. I take all of that into consideration when I believe Aaron passed up an open guy.

Not saying I'm 100% correct here,

I think you're taking things way too personally here. If I fucked up and assume things, it's because I fucked up and assumed things, not because I think you're a jerk or I'm trying to be a jerk or anything to do with you.

You said, verbatim:

WR need to earn his trust.

I'm sorry if I was assuming things here, but it is an extremely, extremely common narrative by about a dozen people on this forum, in the media, and widespread among the fanbase that Aaron forces the balls to his favorite players and ignores people that are wide open until he "builds trust with that receiver". If I inaccurately pinned these views on you, that's my bad. But it's really hard to tell exactly what you meant from six words of explanation. And I'd like to know what you meant.
