This is rather strange. I don't recall wanting to start this thread. I know I didn't read the story until a few minutes ago. Perhaps I was going to start another topic.

Anyway, Aaron is going to be in great shape.

I think he could do it, but he'll likely need to change up his game a bit. Become more of a pocket technician. He's certainly capable. His arm will remain plenty good enough for several more years as long as he stays healthy.

He definitely has the footwork to be more of a pocket passer.

I think as long as his shoulders and arm hold up, it's doable. If he loses a step/some mobility, he basically becomes a Peyton Manning type pocket passer, which is to say, probably still very good. I don't think he's going to suddenly get stupider, so if he can shift his game to rely more on the cerebral aspects and less on his physical traits as he gets older, he'll do well.

I think he's capable of reinventing himself, but I don't know if he'll be able to. Although his desire to keep playing and injuries may force the issue, which may not necessarily be a bad thing as he's pushing 40.

He needs to stay in the pocket, and get the ball out.

Keep in mind the Packers OL has been highly rated in large part because Aaron can avoid the pressure and get outside and find the open receiver.
