That’s why I try to walk as much as I can. I have asthma, and in the winter I have trouble breathing in the cold air.
Just keep as active as you can. Much of it is mental too. Trying to be active and not giving up.
I have been staying from 179 to 183 pounds. Being as it is FINALLY going to get warm enough to do things outside, I feel pretty good about not gaining a bunch of weight over the winter.
