The Green Bay Packers haven't done much to improve their pass rush this offseason. Coach Mike McCarthy says they are still looking to do so, but how? Here are the likely scenarios.

What do you think the options could be? Ahmad Brooks? Shane Ray? What other "proven" pass rushers are out there that could actually help the Packers this season?

Not a lot of teams have proven depth behind their starting pass rushers. I'm looking at Chris Odom and Reggie Gilbert this off-season. They have definitely flashed and check all the boxes of what you are looking for in the position.

Well did MM ever say it was going to be proven pass rush? Or even if it had to be outside the team?

Personally I've thought went Jake Ryan is sent forward he has looked his best, hitting an OL and trying to break up the play and I think he got some tackle for losses that way... I'm not sure if it was a called blitz or he just saw something and went full head steam charge. Also Josh Jones and Burks blitzing off the edge.

But purely looking at some outside veterans, here are some more.
Robert Ayers, Junior Galette, Elvis Dumervil, Lamarr Houston

There is also Johnathan Hankins... who is more of a NT, but if you put Hankins and Clark on the field at the same time, one can just cut it loose and pure rush more often.

I wouldn't mind Ahmad Brooks being brought back to compete for a spot. I think he offers more than he showed last year due to injury, and he seems like a smart guy that could be up Pettines system. Perhaps there are others like you suggested. I just think one more key pass rusher would be nice. I have little faith in what the Packers have beyond CM3 and Nick Perry, who we know will both be hurt for some part of the season.
