James Campen, now the run-game coordinator as well as the offensive line coach for the Packers, has a chance to make franchise history.

Campen is a fine O-Line Coach. It is not his fault if players are traded or injured or leave for larger paychecks. IMO, he has and will continue field effective O-Lines for GB, provided that he is supplied with players that can play.

FO = Front Office. I have seen it used on countless message boards over the past 10-15 years. It's something that I figured out on my own by reading the context of the sentence. Perhaps I should have put it as "F.O.".

Edit - you do realize this is a message board on not an English composition class right? Abrev and incl sentences are acceptable forms of commination. If not do yourself a favor and check your spelling before complaining. You have a lot of grammatical errors too.
