When I listen to his press conferences, I feel like I learned something and I also get the impression he's a no BS kind of guy. He's said a few times that players lost snaps because they didn't learn so the next guy was inserted. I could be just a sucker for being educated and listening to what I perceive to be a fiery get-after-em guy too.
I also think he did pretty well with Tramon Williams, Al Harris, Sam Shields, Casey Hayward, Micah Hyde and even got LaDarius Gunter to play decently at times against WR2's and 3's.
