I seen a Cutler for Rodgers thread on another board and it got me thinking.
Aaron's season last year, beginners luck? His peak? Or sign of things to come? I'm curious as to what YOU think and hopefully get some input on it as well.

I think he clearly has room to improve and that's a good thing. He played very well last year, but he needs to play better in the final minutes of the game and I think he needs to get rid of the ball a lot faster. Those are the two areas I think he'll probably work on this off season. I suspect McCarthy will go over film of the final minutes of games with him.
As far as comparisons....
I think he and Jay Cutler are about 3A and 3B on where I would rate QB's for the future.
I think Matt Ryan has the best future ahead of him. He reminds me of Brett Favre AND Peyton Manning so that's a scary combination.
Rodgers and Cutler are tough. I would've put Cutler over Rodgers prior to this off season, but I think the shake down in Denver could end up effecting Cutler a great deal. He seems like a guy with an ego and I think that can be a big problem or a big positive. We'll see.
I'd rate it like this
1. Matt Ryan
2. Phillip Rivers
3. Aaron Rodgers
4. Jay Cutler
5. Matt Cassel
Big Ben and Eli won Super Bowls so I think they're already pretty much established winners. Rivers you can argue, but he hasn't started as many games as the other two. He sat for two years actually.
