Uddfa, I'm not meaning to prop the defense up... but instead delivery blame to it's rightful spot.

Against bad/horrible OLs the defense has played well... yet people blame them when the offense was the one that completely failed.

Fans are biased towards the offenses due to the highlight shows and NFL.com not really showing defense highlights.

Like Steve, he's completely ignoring the horrible drives in the first half by the Packers offense where they couldn't stay on the feild for 6 plays..

All the blame for the bad time of possession is going on the defense, that bullshit as the offense had at least 6 drives that where 6 plays or less... the offense put more stress on the defense.

Why can't people admit the offense was the one to shit the bed for a single game?

Because they're biased as hell!

But there have been a couple of games like this, Seahawks, Bengals, Bucs... where the defense clearly played better yet the defense NEVER gets their full credit for those few games... while offenses get passes... it's bullshit that the offense and defense aren't treated the same.

All I want is equal treatment for both!

I don't care if we give defense more credit or offense more blame, but I want equal treatment of them.

Our D has to learn how to cover screen passes, or Cleveland will get their 1st win of the season.
And Hundley better learn how to hit wide open wr's in the end zone.

It's unfair that the offense is getting passes on their rightful blame... yet defense gets hammered no matter what...

Offense needs to be able to keep their asses on the feild for more than 6 plays unless they're scoring a touchdown. Offense failure was the biggest problem, yet it's being ignored to attack the defense.... that's biased as hell

But they do deserve the truth instead of your misleading info trying to let the offense off the hook...

The offense had 6 straight freaking drives of 6 plays or less (7 if you count before the half)... if you don't think that wears a defense down, then you don't know football... the fact is the defense and Williams were the only reasons we were even in that game as the passing game was a horrible piece of shit...

Yet people want to always give the offense a pass and blame the defense... EVEN WHEN THEY WON THE FREAKING GAME... it's BULLSHIT!

The defense plays horrible, the defense gets most of the blame.
The offense plays horrible, the defense still gets most of the blame.
It makes no sense...

It's not because they are always tired it's because they are just bad at it certainly they are worse when tired. That doesn't mean defenses don't get tired or the offense doesn't effect it and it doesn't mean the offense doesn't suck.

You act like i'm somehow defending the offense by saying this, I'd like to year your explanation for that because I'm not. I'd like you to point out where I said the offense wasn't bad in the game or said the defense should get "most of the blame".

I've made no argument in favor or the offense, you are the only one who has given any excuses. Every week we've got people talking about how shitty Hundley is. Really nobody has said our offense has been any good since Rodgers went out besides the Pittsburgh game. Talking about a shitty aspect of our defense is not ignoring the offense, i'm surprised you are so unable to separate the two.

Ravens have a brutal O that offers that D no help. Their Rodgers is a Hundley. That D is among the best in the NFL. That's just some boring repetitive...context.

We can give credit to the D when it does anything positive because expectations are so low. With Hundley it's a race for what unit is going to be least effective. A total crap show...but we won, so let's pretend it isn't a crap show? I could hide behind the fact we won and call it all good. Could praise this D and all the sacks...but...for...context.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

The Packers defense is so damn up and down. They can make two really go plays and then tank 3rd and forever. It's mind boggling.

Ravens defense 33% ... Packers defense 43% on 3rd down conversions. NFL average is 39%.
Packers offense 40% ... Ravens offense 32% (!!) on 3rd down conversions. NFL average is 39%
