The Packers placed running back Ty Montgomery on injured reserve, promoting wide receiver Michael Clark to take his place. Montgomery has dealt with a wrist injury off and on since early in the season, via Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. I love me some Michael Clark. I was there when he caught his first pre-season TD.

Watching some of his clips after we signed him after the draft was inspiring. So much to work with.

We need some new WR blood. He's faster timed in 40 than Adams. 4.53 at 6'6 +?

Packers quietly building a wr group that are young, long, fast and talented moving foward.

Davis, Geronimo, Clark, and let's not forget McCaffrey.

Adams #1 priority to resign.

Gonna be tough to say good-bye to Jordy and/or Randall next year.

Hopefully restructuring their contracts keep them around another year or 2.

If you can't get excited about Clark you don't understand what's worth getting excited over. He's unique.

As for Adams, no way I give him WR1 money. No way. A major mistake to do so. I'd rather bring back 87, 18 and Clark than overpay 17. Perhaps, they're kicking tires on Clark now hoping he excels so they don't feel forced to overpay 17. I hope Clark kills it and we let Adams walk.

88 was touted to be a 1st rounder as a junior playing WR at Stanford. Guy is smart and football smart.

He was a Cobb clone and one of reasons they moved him. Cobb's departure would open the slot which is where 88 should've been all along.

How many career long WRs switch to TE before the end? More insanity.
