The Packers made the decision to swap out higher-profile tackles on Saturday, placing Bryan Bulaga on IR and activating Jason Spriggs from the injured list, Field Yates of ESPN.com tweets. Both moves were expected. Spriggs returned to practice earlier this month; he's spent most of the season on IR. But he now could be in [...]

HYPOTHESIS: The hammy was bothering him all preseason, which is why he was struggling.

Gotta get him some confidence going into the offseason. We need him to be The Man next year.

Joe Kerridge also signed to 53 man roster.

I remember he was pretty Damn good on ST's.

Mays ran 4.52 at 230lbs.

You can't win with power football when your D can stop nobody.

Bulaga is done, period, and we have no credible replacement at this time.
Hard to believe that with all the weak spots on this team that Ted couldn’t come up with a more significant guy than Kerridge.

I'm guessing they'll move up FB Kerridge (not what I want, but what I'm guessing they'll do), who I thought was a better pure power blocker than Rip... also I'd like to see them get Rip more involved, unless they don't trust him with the ball. Flex him out to TE or RB some... maybe on 3rd and short we could see Rip as a RB with Kerridge as the FB. We need something to work for 3rd and short, and this could help the running game, which hopefully will help the passing game.

Maybe try Jamaal Williams on third and short.

Hey...I know what will help us! Hot dog! Joe Kerridge. A FULLBACK! A second FB...the least popular position in the NFL.

Like I read earlier on Twitter...Ted and MM love FBs but don't have a coach who commits to the run. Makes sense. Having more than one FB is the key. Rest of NFL is doing it wrong.
