That first therapy session, we walked in and she goes physical therapy is down there. Down there meaning down the 30-40 stairs. I looked at them and said you're shitting me, right? lol
I went to my second one yesterday and he says he's impressed with my recovery, but I'm sure they tell everyone that. He thinks I don't need anymore therapy, but got my post operative appointment Monday and we'll go from there.
One of the exercises he had me do was basically being on all fours and then lean your ass back to your heels. He goes "now don't go further than when it starts to hurt" .. .I went all the way back and he kind of panicked and goes "whoa easy don't force it" ... I wasn't forcing it lol. He said me working out and what not throughout the years has really helped my recovery and said he hopes his wife recoveries as well as I have so far.
It really is feeling better each day now which is exciting. I can go on bike rides but he said to take it easy. 10-12 miles for the first one and to be very aware of how my knee feels the next day.
I just got the bill and I don't know why most places I saw said $5,000 because my bill is just over $11,000! Bastids!!
