Lol everybodys mad at Lacy because of how he looked. He actually ran really well last year and he plays his ass off even when he's banged up. I'm not going to pay a premium for him but if the price is good there's no reason not to want him back.

Lacy showed he was rededicated to the team last season. But he got hurt.
Injuries happen. You can't say he didn't give all he had.
If the price is decent, I would love to see him and Monty in the backfield.

Well if you want a dedicated football person you sure as hell don't want Lacy back.

Is it Heart and Dedication or is it realization if he doesn't he isn't going to get paid? I always worry about a player that lets himself go and is basically forced by the team to get into shape as Lacy was. I would start him out about where Starks contract was and load it with performance incentives or let him walk. He is not the best fit for our run game anyway.

He carried the ball 17 or so times on a bum wheel against Cowboys. If that doesn't say heart and dedication, then nothing does.
