The only difference is in the QB play in crunch time. Rodgers would be 100% incapable of that comeback and he has a better OL, and better receivers [Hogan, Mitchell, Amendola, Edelman, Bennett are as pedestrian a receiving group as there has ever been].

But whatever. This game just felt rigged to me. When we lost in the NFCCG two years ago to Seattle, it seemed like they wanted to win, but not cover the spread. I mean, Peppers waving him to just go down!? Wtf man.

Tonight it just seemed like we all knew what was gonna happen. The script is getting old. Probably why NFL tv ratings are in the shitter.

...But mi_keys...Our D did in that game what it was supposed to.😲 lol.

Any good to better QB could've orchestrated that comeback vs. that pitiful defense.

Difference between a well coached team and ours.

Rodgers could have put the game Atlanta 77 - GB 34

I would like a very honest comparison between our DBs and the Patriots' because I have the idea that either our players are really really terrible or our coaching is horrible.

Watching NE play I have the idea that their DBs are physically worst than ours but they are a lot, lot smarter. Agree? Disagree? If you agree is this because NE drafts smarter players or because they coach them better?

Agreed with keys, regardless on how Aaron played against the Falcons on that night there's no way our offense could of stopped them. I feel like our defense on that day was beat up, tired, not ready and mentally finished. Asides all that, the Falcons we're blazing red hot and had there best game of the year.

There was plays where our defense could of came up with some of the int's. Even if we had only 1 of those and take off 7 points off their boards and add 7 on ours, had we not missed the FG early in the game would put us up to 31 points vs falcons only having 37 points.

Could of, should of, would of ...

We need to keep things simple on offense and things will be good but the defense is what worries me!

I was on the Rodgers is "not clutch" train for a while, but those hail marys have since changed that stance.

Our defense would definitely fold. There's no killer instinct in them.

Hail Mary's aren't clutch. Those are luck.

Rodgers is no Brady. 5 rings to 1. #NotCloseMarkMurphy

Brady has 2 rings past age 37 and he ain't retiring. May go back to back at age 40.

Belichick can build a D year after year. We can't build one but once in 12 years.

The only people who think these franchises are remotely similar are Packers brass and fans. Everyone else is laughing at us making the comparison. One team is known for winning and the other is not.

NE gave up 2 of their best defensive players and still managed to have a good defense. We lost one player and completely collapsed though they probably wouldn't have been very good anyways. When we went into the half down 24 against ATL our defense came out of halftime and proceeded to give up 3 straight touchdown drives. Atlanta was 1-8 on 3rd downs against NE and 10-13 against us. Anything Rodgers did wouldn't have mattered. If Rodgers throws a pick 6 in a game, that game is likely over. Our defense can't really compete with a good team unless they get protected by the offense, they won't win a game for us.

Also not only did he throw a pick 6 but Brady threw a straight up game losing INT in crunch time that ended up a 23 yard completion. That isn't clutch it's lucky.
