Unless I'm misinterpreting his "all in" quote, it would appear that Rodgers wants the Packers to be more aggressive with talent acquisition. This costs money and he's counting the most against the cap. Brady's cap # is around 14 million.
I'm not clamoring for Rodgers to do this. Just saying if he's going to publicly state he wants the team to go all in, he can help the process.

I dunno, I just have an issue with going to a player who has performed above and beyond his cap friendly number already and asking him to adjust his money when we have grossly over paid players on the roster.
I will say this. If Aaron went to the front office and said "hey, if you need me to move money around to help bring someone in, talk to me", I think that would be the most ideal move and selfless move. I know it sounds like I'm talking nonsense. I am just saying I think if Aaron goes to them, its good. If they go to Aaron, that's wrong.
