This is interesting.
I guess teams at the bottom would have to restructure or cut a player if they have a rash of injuries and have to sign Free Agents.

The Packers are in good shape.

Cowboys recently had their three (non-linemen) star offensive players basically ending their rookie deals and trying to get mega deals... They recently resigned their star RB, but I don't know if they're included in this or not, because it was so recent.
