And yeah, he could throw ot away wihout a grounding call if there is a player within 15 yards. QBs hrow it out of bounds all the time.

Yes, he sometimes holds onto the ball too long. But he's STILL much better then most NFL QB's.
I think he feels that each time he drops back, he will find SOMEONE open eventually. Thus, holding the ball too long.
He HATES throwing INT's. And to me, that's GOOD. Not a negative thing.

Aaron Rodgers is 32nd in the league in "air yards" per attempt, which is a stat I haven't seen used before but it's yards minus YAC. Unfortunately nobody seems to track metrics on yards per pass attempt (how many yards the ball was thrown on ANY pass, complete or incomplete) which would be the definitive figure.

Yes, he was throwing more bombs earlier in the year. No, this is not par for the course for Aaron Rodgers and overall he does not throw notably more deep balls than any other NFL quarterback.
