So many positives I'm not sure where to begin.

The running game showed some signs of life hopefully they keep that going into January. Montgomery had a few nice between the tackles runs that reinforced my believe he's got a real future at the position. What he can then do motioning him out is going to create so many mismatches, he's going to be a fantasy football beast next year. Defense coordinators are going to have to adjust their schemes or risk getting exposed with a lb or safety trying to cover him.

Adams, Jordy, and a banged up Cobb really stepped up this game. If the offense can play with that kind of efficiency they're going to be hard to beat.

A few lucky bounces kept the game in our favor. That, and Wilson being off target MANY times, when his guys had our guys beat. Many plays could have gone for TD's had he been on target, or his receivers NOT dropped the passes.

Either way, lucky or skillfully - the defense took advantage of the opponent's mistakes, which is pretty much the description of their job. The biggest difference between the recent 3 games and early in the season is taking hold of opportunities on both sides of the ball. Defense had made some nice turnovers and stops and the offense is putting points on the board - and at times making it look too easy.

Only half empty glasses I can think of are the obvious, yet were far from costing us the win. I feel like the defense went into a conservative mindset earlier than most of us would want. This concerns me as we have seen them piss away leads by doing this in closer games, and that is a sad way to lose a game that is otherwise "in hand." The other obvious that has been pointed out is Starks, he looks like he is ready to hang it up - he doesn't seem to have much left in the tank.

All considered - this was a good win for us, and should really raise their confidence. Keep taking care of business and there is likely a playoff spot ahead.

I was pretty disappointed in Huntley's performance. He came in with a large part of the 4th Q still to be played.I hoped we would see something that would excite us a little bit.

Granted he only had two pass attempts. Both incomplete. He seemed rushed and unsure of himself when he did drop back to pass. Even handing the ball off was not a thing of beauty

I takes more than 11 plays to really evaluate a player but since he was going the first team defense instead of the 2nd or 3rd string I was looking for a little more insight. All I came away with is that he is far from ready.

While I don't get the excitement surrounding Huntley, I'm not terribly concerned with his performance. Sure, would have been nice to see him complete a few passes and look more confident, but the Packers were going full conservative to run out the clock at that point and it's a really small sample size.

A close game or even a series where Rodgers is down or even a game Hundley gets a start is the only time you can get a real evaluation and we haven't seen him in anything like that.

I'm more likely to accept a "Run the clock out when there's still 12 minutes left" gameplan when Rodgers is on the bench, but it still makes me cringe even though we were up 4 scores. Worst-case scenario, Huntley throws a pick. If it gets down to 3 or god forbid 2 scores, then you can start playing conservative. But just get the game over with, and the best way to do that is to move the chains and take your time doing it.

Hopefully we don't need him again but if we do, I would like to see him actually run the offense. If he can't, I'd rather give Callahan some regular season snaps.
