Cool. You may have seen me. I was the guy wearing the Jennings jersey. Maybe this year we can meet up and I can help you drink that beer. :thumbright:

Well, I did see a few people wearing Packer gear that weekend.

I'm all about meeting up for some beers seeing as we're staying at the same hotel. Now if the season could just start tomorrow.

Hands down best restaurant for breakfast is the Bay Family Motel and Restaurant on military. Try the eggs benedict if you ever get there.

They have great food. Their rooms are nice, and cheap. And the employees are very friendly too. (that is important to me)

I stayed there twice last year, and plan on staying there in the future.

I usually book thru Expedia and Bay Family doesn't use them. Since you went back LF I assume it is a clean motel. Are the prices decent? Most of the time I stay out in the Appleton area as the motels out there are a little less.

There is a two day minimum at $100 a night. Each night after that is only $35.

The Howard Johnson(2.5 miles from Lambeau) charged me $139 a night for 3 nights!

And The Road Star Inn, which is right across the street from Lambeau, was $139 for two nights then $90 for the third.

So The Bay Motel is definitely the best deal I have found. Especially since it is only 1 mile from Lambeau.

Thanks for the info IM. I will continue to stay out at Appleton were I can get a room for 1 nite only. (I have to be back in the office on Mondays.) The drive in isn't too bad. Even on game day I can make it about 45 min.

beast (8-Jan) : Jerry Jones still hasn't put Jimmy Johnson in the Ring of Honor, but he's in the NFL's Hall of Fame, Jones is petty

Martha Careful (6-Jan) : watching the Vikings and Lions it's understandable why they swept the Packers. So much better product
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Even when GB got pressure he was throwing darts; vs no pressure on that last pass he just air mails an open guy
