Three things Brett did not do. Aaron (what Brett did not have) has this smug arrogance about himself and has to make sure every one knows he is the smartest person in the room. And if that falters at all, he gets hyper sensitive about it and snarky.

Fragile. All indications are such.
But Mike shouldn't be afraid to treat him like any other member of this football team. Finally this week he mildly called out his play... bout damn time.
Almost to the end... very few times did the coaching staff reign in Favre. I think the same issue surrounds Rodgers at the moment... when Favre finally got reigned in, his play picked up and we got oh so close to another Super Bowl with him at the helm.
My point simply is this... Rodgers can't be and shouldn't be above anyone else on this team... if his play is sub par... he should get tagged for it.
As a Coach and staff... I happen to think they have lost this team.
