“You know, we had 400 yards of offense, so I don’t know why the hell I’ve got to come in here and answer questions about the things you think that went wrong,” McCarthy said,

Maybe because it is YOUR JOB to answer questions. If you don't like it then you need to find employment elsewhere.

Just like if Jim Harbaugh doesn't want to answer questions but eating boogers then he shouldn't rub his nose and then bite his nails during a game.

If you have 1000 yards but don't have any scoring you will have to answer questions. Yards help but tds are the answer.

or against a top five defense.

If the Packers offense was clicking, I could see going for it there, but if you're fighting tooth an nail to get 3 yards, you just take the damn points.

Funny how players deny they listen to the press, the denial in and of itself shows they care.

McCarthy is just trying to protect his players in front of a savage and often clown-like press.

Though this was a legit question that could have been framed better, the only answer is that Rodgers sucked on a number of throws and Mike couldn't say that.

The beauty is that Rodgers knows the answer and fears the questions being asked over the year; this is our single hope of him pulling his had out of his arse.

Mike sends out Crosby to kick the field goal, then The Packers lose the game anyway, everyone would be bitching that McCarthy had no balls!

There was a time when reporters and coaches/players could do interviews and the reporters would try and give a good story.

Now there is NO TRUST in reporters because all they are looking for is their 10 second sound bite to try and create controversy

Don't blame any coach or player who hates these "must do pressers.

Ever wonder why most interviews end up being the same old pat answers? Read above!
We as fans DONT NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING.

I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!
