Personally, I would like to see that play and all plays like it not flagged. There are far to many occasions where the only reason to throw a pass like it is because of the odds of a PI. That being, the way the rules are written and enforced today, it was a PI. Legs getting tangled is only NOT PI when that is the only contact. With the replay from the official who called the penalty, that would get called 10 out of 10 times. You can say the grab didn't do much, but it easily could have been enough to disrupt his balance to contribute to the fall and legs tangling. The official just happened to have a perfect angle to see all the contact.

I hope they never put PI up for review, only that the go back and let more hand play. Or start calling offensive PI as strict as they do defensive.

OPI is what 5 or 10 yards? While DPI is unlimited isn't quite right. Maybe it needs to be half the yard or something. Or some rule that if the ball isn't nearby (which will lead people to be upset by refs call) then you only get 5 or 10 yards or something).
