We are seeing it now. QBs like Brady, Peyton, Favre, you stick in any WR and barely notice a difference. But we are seeing the difference with this team today and the last couple years. When the offense had Jennings, Drivers, Nelson, Jones. They could do almost no wrong. McCarthy could call almost any play and one of the 4 would get open and Rodgers would be able to find them.

Each time we lost one of them, the team was still able to get the job done, but if you look back you can see each year was getting noticeably more difficult to do so. It worked out great getting Jennings, Nelson and Jones all so close to each other and I think the organization gave to much credit to Mike and Aaron and not enough to those catching the ball.

Mike always says, he doesn't scheme guys open, it is about finding and exploiting the matchup, well that is easier when you depth is that much better than the opponent's defensive depth. It is time he learns or relearns how to scheme.

It's about coaching, receiving talent, offensive line talent, and QB play. To some extent though, I'd argue coaching is as important as any as long as there is reasonable talent available, which the Packers clearly have.

The WRs are playing bad. But for some quixotic reason Mike McCarthy sticks to vanilla formations, Abby, Davis and Montgomery are not playing and I think we need him. We need 4 or 5 WR formations and we need to get Montgomery back into our offense. We went to Minnesota with 7WRs and only 3 of them played.

I'm convinced Mike McCarthy has lost this team and we are only losing time, we'll be elite again with a new head coach.

There are so many things that are non-existent in this offense nowadays. The middle of the field, YAC, our receivers used to be able to find the hole in the defense and just sit in it.

If something is wrong with one of the best players in the NFL, it's up to the coaches to fix it, and I'm of the opinion that it can be fixed. If it can't be fixed, trade him and move forward. No reason to waste time. But I'd rather see McCarthy and other coaches go before Aaron Rodgers, at this point.

Besides, that's what happens when a player and a team are playing like shit. If Aaron Rodgers was truly playing that badly and missing wide open WRs CONSTANTLY, then Mike McCarthy should fix it or bench Rodgers. Otherwise, he's not addressing the issue and that's his responsibility as a head coach.

That jumping in the air to throw shit is something I expect to see out of freakin Tebow or Matt Stafford back when he was a mechanics dumpster fire not Aaron Rodgers
