It’s more than the sheer volume of the cornerback's concussion history that is worrisome.

Unknown. But it's more for the long term effects of post concussive syndrome and/or stroke.

For the short term effects, I'd recommend scalp acupuncture, nutrition, maybe some other stuff.

I'd be more concerned if Shield was not a CB.

All he need to do is use his head when he tackles inside; and by that I mean NOT use his head.

He's not out there to stuff the run. Ty Williams probly never made a tackle in his life. Sam is just carrying on the tradition he learned from Woody.
