This can't be true, there is just no way. If someone is able to make over $10 million, chances are they are going to splurge and spend it, which means it goes into our economy. I would rather that than trust the Government to spend it. I mean, if they use it to expand business that means more jobs. If they use it to buy another boat, or a 14th (absurd if you ask me) home, that's more jobs as well.

As for storing money in off shore accounts, that is something I understand wanting to prevent most definitely. I always believed that was illegal, but shit, when has that ever stopped anyone?
