First off, I'd say Barclay should not be listed as a T. He CAN play some on the right side, but let's face it, he's a G with versatility.

Second, this is correct, Neal isn't a perfect fit anywhere. But this team loves tweeners. They can't rely on consistently outsmarting their opponents, so they need to be able to switch guys around at the last second. They actually look for that.

Didn't know Quarless was still just 27. Might have a chance to come back after all. It's not like we're loaded at the position.
