Say all you may about Brett.. but I would be the first to hop into a pickup truck and go hunt a spell with the feller.

With all the other crap that athletes do.. Brett might have an ego a bit larger than some, but the guy is grounded enough for me.

I can just imagine Brett at a hunting shack.. laughter wouldn't be in shortage. ;)

I spent a week hunting with Dave Marcus in Northern Canada.. the stories he told of Dale, Richard Childress, Waltrip and Petty made the trip as enjoyable as the miles of pure nature and peace of a day long stand... I vision Brett in much the same ilk.. just a good ole' boy.

Z i was watching NFL Network the other day and they had Bretts backups in Green Bay talking about him and the part that made me laugh the most was (i believe it was pederson) said he was asked to go hunting with Brett and when they got out there Brett didn't even know how to load the gun lol. I'll see if i can find it and maybe post it somewhere. But the whole thing was good they all kept saying how he was just a kid at heart and loved pulling pranks on people.


LOL im watching it again and Pederson and Ty are talking how Brett asked him once what a Nickel defense was and they had to tell him.

I believe there was another case where one of the coaches asked Brett if he knew what cover 2 was and he replied, "yeah, that's where there's two defenders covering the receiver," or something to that effect. Lol.
