Like others have said I think the only player worth overpaying for is Crosby.
I think Neal, Perry, Guion, Raji, and Hayward are all worth resigning once they test the FA market. If they get a good offer let them go, if not try and bring them back on reasonable deals. It would be better for the team imo if they resigned one of Neal/Perry and one of Guion/Raji. It would be hard replacing all those guys in the draft, we'd definitely have a set-back next year and probably 2017 trying to develop their replacements. Hayward really is a good slot CB so if we can sign him for cheap enough i'm all for it, but I think the future is in Randall + Rollins so i'm pretty sure he signs elsewhere.
Jones, Kuhn, Tolzien, and Starks I don't mind resigning for a vet minimum non-guaranteed contract to see if they can win a spot on the roster but if they want any kind of assurances let them walk. The exception being maybe resigning Tolzien for another year if Hundley isn't ready to be the #2 yet.
