This is all predicated on, as the article calls it, a "suggestion" that Chris Collinsworth made, and a "not unreasonable conclusion" made by the author. To me this reeks of a huge stretch by the author, who is seeking clicks. At this rate he ought to be a political writer, he seems to have a knack for it.
