To say Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers hasn’t looked like his old self recently would be accurate, but with one major caveat: The decline in Rodgers’s production has come mostly on passes to wide receiver Davante Adams.

Over the last three weeks, when Rodgers throws to Adams, he’s 15-for-35 for 129 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. That’s a completion percentage of 42.9 percent, an average of 3.7 yards per pass, and a passer rating of 41.2.

Over the last three weeks, when Rodgers throws to anyone other than Adams, he’s 58-for-103 for 618 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions. That’s a completion percentage of 56.3 percent, an average of 6.0 yards per pass, and a passer rating of 90.2.

This is on Aaron. These WR didn't all start to suddenly play like shit in week 8. Aaron did.

And BS on that, Rodgers has been inconsistent but geez louis, let's not get carried away and blame him for the receivers struggles too because that is definitely bullshit.

I'm talking about the several times he is throwing his left leg off the side and winging it when he has no one coming after him.

Aaron Rodgers is not the biggest problem, unless he is changing run plays to pass plays on a regular basis. The Packers were getting something like 5+ per rush from Eddie Lacy and James Starks and the next drive was pass, pass, pass and punt.

I find that tremendously infuriating because when you're getting five yards a clip, you keep pounding that bitch. It runs out the clock, it gives your defense rest and more importantly it gives you excellent opportunities to add points.

What reason was there that the Packers stopped running the ball? Maybe that question doesn't fit in this thread? I don't know, but I just don't think Aaron is responsible for more than a fraction of the issues with the team.

I hear ya but Aaron is really beat up this year and I don't, personally, want him taking a lot of risks as a runner. I know he risks injury every time he drops back, but you know what I mean. He may have run even more if not for the Tretter incident.

Again, it's the little things. And we didn't have the timeouts necessary to run the ball at the end, so the pass was fine. It got us to the red zone and our guys didn't get it done.

Montgomery was explosive. Losing him hurt.

But these WR are no different than when we were 6-0. Rodgers is different, that is all.
