Guard Josh Sitton joined Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari on Clubhouse Live.

Sitton: I think that our offense has become too predictable. Teams know exactly what we're going to do every week. We need to show them some different things. We're not intimidating the defense right now. We're not making them think, so they can just play really fast. And obviously, we've just got to execute better. We're way too talented to not be playing at a high level right now. We need to execute what we do, and then do it better.

Rodgers had plenty of attempts to pass the ball with no one near him and the passes were still off target... even sometimes with a wide open target... Rodgers isn't playing like Rodgers...

And the WRs had a ton of drops this last game which sure as hell didn't help anything.

And Lacy is playing like he's a small back with little to no power trying to avoid everyone... not wanting to run anyone over... Lacy has lost his attitude in his style of running...

So I'm kind of doubting that the Packers offense turns it around on the Vikings since they looked so horrible against the Lions.

That being said, I'm normally one to point out the last time they won the Super Bowl it was because they had a chip on their shoulder, feeling underrated... and pointed out, losing the division or almost missing the playoffs, might be able to put that chip back on that shoulder... which is what put it there in 2010.... they had to win both their final games just to get into the playoffs.

We got by for six games and won despite the problems; I convinced myself that we just ran into two very good teams playing inspired football at their place, but the Detroit game plus the way Denver and Carolina played after beating us kinda shoots that idea down.

I still think we will be OK and maybe even win out with not much in the line of changes. We already have been using more screens, and Rodgers has been more creative in escaping the rush. Also, replacing Lacy with Starks is a good move. Let the detractors whine, but I want to see Janis used more too.

Well here's the thing. Go Waaay back to OTA. They decided to dumb down the Offensive/Defensive play calls and verbiage to play "faster" and so it would be easier for rookies to pick things up.

Great. Except in the NFL about week 6 everyone gets in the flow and the learning curve is gone. That simplified dumbed down offense, with 3 wide and a back... inverted wishbone and about 2 other formations isn't a mystery anymore.

What has happened isn't that deep really. The player that took the top off the defense is out for the season. The other WR are just not great at beating press or timing routes ( see Janis and Abby) so the DC squats on your WR or jams them hard. Second your OL is beat up... Both OT have serious knee issues. Both OG have bad backs and your C has had more typical season year 2 than last year.

That means pass pro is crap and Run blocking is hot/cold. Best depth Barclay 😞

Lacy is banged up and 20 pounds too heavy ..Starks looks great as a change of pace back, sucks as a starter. TE's ..... 😲

So with all that we wonder why #12 is off ? Sometimes a HC and staff get in a funk but you add in all the above issues and well all you really can do is tell your guys to strap it on and sling it. Have fun and see what happens. [twocents]

Oh almost forgot... Sitton and Lang are outspoken sometimes. I am not reading a lot into that comment unless it happens a second time.
