I think it is obvious at this point that the offense is much worse with Mike McCarthy not calling the plays. I have to eat my words because I was one of the fans calling for Mike McCarthy to give up play calling for him to relinquish his play calling duties during the game. What does this now say about Clements that packers offense is so bad? What purpose does he serve on this team?

In a perfect world, I would rather that Mike McCarthy got demoted to offensive coordinator and find a head coach that can actually lead. I don't mean this as an emotional response to the recent losses either. What Mike McCarthy has done to help in the development of two hall of fame qbs is amazing. I just don't think he has what it takes as a leader to make this team consistently a winner and the NFCC game last year was the last straw. It is sad that packer players appear to need motivation to bring 100% but that appears to be the case.

The thing about moving Clements to play caller was supposed to help with that, but it has only made it worse. What is more, my fears about Clements being Aaron's Yes-Man appear to be well founded.

What happened today is just about the worst thing that could have possibly happened.

I think so because getting rid of Clements will help the Packers WR beat their one-on-ones.

Wait.

The reason why our WR's are not able to get open is because our o-line can't seem to be picking up on the blitz. Either the ball is thrown way to early or Rodgers is in a pressure either ways throw will never be perfect. Aside that the time that our o-line pick ups the blitz and keeps them away from Rodgers, he seems to keep it too long.

They are just out of sync, I'm glad next week they playing away. I expect them coming out big next week.

I'm afraid to say that we will come out big next week; that's what I said about this week.

I don't think Clements should be fired, because I don't think him being on the team has been the problem... nearly as much as the execution from the players.

Now maybe Mike McCarthy needs to have a bigger role on offense, and maybe Rodgers needs to hear Mike's smooth calming voice in his headset (or something else of Rodgers needs to change), but I don't think hiring or firing Clements directly effects that...

I think someone positively getting into the offensive players heads would be better than anyone getting fired.
