I DO use a neti pot!
Have been for almost a year now. It does work, and it's not as bad as it looks.

And thanks Zero! Yeah......i don't like the idea of having to see a cardiologist. But with my fanily history (My Dad, Mom, Brother, several Uncles) all died from heart problems, and i have an irregular heart beat. So he wants to make sure things haven't got any worse.
The last stress test i had was probably at least 5 years ago. Alot can change in that time. So i guess it's better to try to keep on top of things.

Cheesey........your post above says 4:57 am. What the hell time do you go to sleep?Or get up? And if your doc sees you at that hour he's either nuts or awfully dedicated. I want him/her.

Way to go with the BP. I'm on Atenelol for that and Lipotor and Lisinopril for Cholesterol. Can't win no matter what you do. Family genes from my Dad's side played that out, but on my Mom's side longevity is a plus. She's still kicking and screaming at the Psckers at 90...her mom lived to 100 and her Grandma to 101.

Isn't a cardiologist one of those people that make up poems and limericks for Hallmark? I'll bet he has a limerick already made up for you..........

The Vikings are Purple,
Cheesey thinks they play the game,
Like they're running in Maple Surple."

And with that.......I'm outta here.....gotta go be Kindergarten Cop for a half day.

Oh geez Montana.......LOL!
I'm on lisinopril too.
The reason i'm up that early is.....i get up at 4:20am to get my wife up for work. She leaves here right before 5, so if i'm up to it i come here before i go lay back down.

I get up at 4AM to pee myself. I'm on Lipitor as well boys. Fricken German (anything you can stuff into a casing) ancestory. If you need some excercise Cheesey, I have some snowbanks to move so you can come out here and stay. Mrs. Dakota isn't that good of a cook but I am.

Try and find a doctor with some common sense.

Funny thing is.....I'm a great cook! Not kidding!
My first job was as a dish washer at a steak house, and i worked my way up to cook. And my Mom was a great cook, and INSISTED i learn how.....just in case i didn't find anyone crazy enough to marry me!
Well.....i did find one crazy enough......but she goes to work, and i stay home and cook, clean, and so on. I'll make someone a good wife someday!LOL!
As far as snow.......i have enough thank you! Even though my landlord moves most of it, when it's time for my wife to go to work, and the landlord hasn't come yet, i get to do it.
But my doc won't even let me do that until the results of the stress test.
I think he's afraid that if i drop dead, he won't get paid.

I know Cheesey, Mothers have to teach their sons all homemaking skills because girls today don't know how to do anything. I was a bachelor until age 30 and can outdo my wife every household category there is except scrapbooking.

I'll let you be someone's wife though, that doesn't appeal to me.

Hang in there man. It'll get better.

Good one Cheesey.........man, I lucked out. It's early out today and my Kindergqarten terrorists just went home. I need to meet with Jack Daniels soon so we can calm things down. I told my wife..."don't set me up like that again." She just laughed and said, "remember who is the administrator here!" Crap,....foiled again.

As far as the squirrels go.....they have worn a path across my roof (new shingles, btw) at the ridge line, going fron north to south to get from market to market. This snowy winter has not slowed them down one bit, and I saw one yesterday actually challenge a snowplow to plow him over on our street. The driver of the plow tried his hardest to wipe him/her out, but missed and put a big berm of snow in the middle of our cul de sac. ... and then left it there for us peons to maneuver around. A-hole!

I'm gonna call the sheriff on him.......but that won't do any good. The plow driver was the sheriff's son.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.

Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
beast (20-Jun) : Hmm 🤔 re-signing Walker before Tom? Sounds highly questionable to me.
