great to hear your bp is getting lower & that your doc is really trying to get to the bottom of your other issues. just keep us updated & know that you are in our prayers.

It really DOES help!

While i was at the doc, he wanted to check a sinus infection that i have had since November. He told me that he wanted to check it before i left. So, as he was finishing up the multitude of other crap, i looked at him, and with a big excited smile i said "Do you want to look up my nose now???"
My wife rolled her eys and said "Thats him....ALWAYS joking!" The Doc said "That can be a GOOD thing!" And got a big smile on his face. Then he looked at me and said with a very serious look, "We have some important work to do for you, so that we can be sure you have a great summer."
He never seemed to really take alot of time with me, but now, it's like he was really concerned.

Is that the tea-pot-like thingie that you put in your nose and let the water stream through one nostril and flow out of the other one? I saw that on Oprah, apperantly that works really well, doesn't it?

Still doesn't seem that inviting to me though, but it can never hurt to try.
