I think he lead the team in ST tackles last year. He could become a ST pro-bowler, but I think he'd need more hype, and Packers players don't seem to get as much hype (other than QB) as some other teams for what ever reason.
Both Perry and Elliott have better pure speed than the others, and in theory could threaten the edge a little more than the others but have to work in other others to get better.
It will be interesting seeing more 3 OLB sets with Matthews in the middle, also wonder if we might see a 4 OLB set in some sort of 2-5 defensive set.
