I don't know just going off my memory it looked like Bakhtiari simply bent Allen backwards. He might have been holding on to him but I don't think he dragged him to the ground or anything he just whooped him. It's kind of picky to call that IMO, if you are going to make that call and be consistent throughout the game you will never stop throwing flags. That to me makes it a bad call.

I wish I could find the play online and rewatch it.
But Bakhtiari holds and normally does a very good job of getting away with it. I was watching the highlights of the 2013 Bears game (Peppers last game as a Bear) and Bakhtiari clearly held Peppers for a second on a Cobb Touchdown. As Peppers rushed up the field, Rodgers slide down closer to the line, as he did, Peppers reversed direction (because Bakhtiari was no longer in between the two) and Bakhtiari held onto Peppers no letting him get away. It wasn't called and it was a touchdown.
Like I have said, Bakhtiari normally does a good job of getting away with the holds when/how he does them, but once in a while he'll be called on them, he had had let go once Allen fell, then the ref probably wouldn't of known he did it that time either.
