Judging by the rankings for the 2 teams above I'd say we've got this in the bag. It sucks we have to wait 7 more days for this. Gosh I missed these threads.

I got a chuckle out of that. Beginning of the season, all 32 teams are tied.

Packers tied for 1st, Bears tied for 32nd 😁

So do you think this game will be another close game? or a beat down? or somewhere in between?

Will it be a shootout? ground and pound? or some of both?

Also what is your prediction of the final score?

    i dont think it will be as easy as we all may think, any time you play on the road at a division rival its tough, i like the pack to pull away in the 4th ;

    pack 34
    bears 17 !!

I am thinking this will be a close game and I could actually see the Bears winning this game. You still have a WR that has and probably will again torch us in Jefferies and I am thankful that White is injured or I would really give the Bears a chance. Losing Nelson will be a bigger loss than people can imagine. We will try running the ball more which in turn will wear on Lacy.

I am going with the Upset of 29-28 Chicago. The Bears come out angry because of all the negative talk and Fox gets a fire under Cutlers ass.

I just think our defense will fail us like 2008, we will take the lead late just to lose on a last second FG.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

That doesn't bode well for the Green Bay Packers. Or does it?

I'm going to sport some bright green and gold goggles for this and slap this prediction down.

    Packers 34
    Bears 13

There's a better video compilation for the entire game that I just can't seem to find, but whatever, this is the key part. Still gives me goosebumps.

    F the Bears!

Be a tough game but we get it done - the real question is how many passes do our DBs catch from cutler...

    I say 3

I'll echo what others have said about Fox-he knows how to get a team prepared and the Bears D won't be the pushover it was last year but ultimately GB has more talent and should win.

Panic will set in as The Bears move the ball early, maybe even score, all will turn out well as the inevitable happens, Cutler throws 2 picks, Aaron throws 4 Td passes, Starks and Lacy each get 1 on the ground.

    Final

    Packers 42

    Bears 24.

Nothing about Chicago should scare Green Bay. Cutler is still their starter, their first round receiver is on IR, Brandon Marshall is in NY, and they have a new defensive coordinator who is currently attempting to shoehorn a bunch of 4-3 players into a new 3-4 defensive scheme. We destroyed them both games last year, have won 5 in Chicago including playoffs, and have the first opportunity in decades to tie the all time series against Chicago by sweeping them this year.

May not be a blowout, but even with no Jordy and two defensive linemen on suspension, no reason we shouldn't win this one by at least 10. 31-21 Packers.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : I think it would be great to have someone like Tom Grossi or Andy Herman on the Board of Directors so he/they could inform us
dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
    wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
beast (20-Jun) : Hmm 🤔 re-signing Walker before Tom? Sounds highly questionable to me.
