The problem with Clay playing inside more than outside us that he has proven he cannot take the pounding an ILB takes
All you have to do is look back at the last game last year.
When the team needed him most he was on the sidelines.
Best scenario is Clay gets moved around a lot early until Ryan or one of the other guys claims the position.
Then put Clay outside the majority of the time after that.
Barrington is ready, my hope is someone other than Clay stands out in preseason.
