IMO, all time prior to the start of the season is preseason. In addition, hot air is 90% of what goes on in this or any sports forum. This thread can be utilized to voice the expectations of this sites members. It may voice someones questions, hopes, and good feelings about the Packers. Raising questions about particular players or coaches is fair game here as well.

I like the kickers. I like the head coach. I don't like TT. The new point after touchdown rule will prove interesting.

I expect to see opposing offenses playing very vanilla, and this leading to the defense looking much improved and much optimism in Packer land.

And when the games start for real, and OC's start using their real playbook, said improvement will be shown to be real for one as-yet-unidentified player (my personal hopes are on Bradford) and minor or non-existent for the rest of the defense.

I also predict that the OL will look very good in preseason and everyone will be nanner-nannering me about my continuing harping on insufficient OL dominance.

I'll take that.

This topic should have been posted on Aug 12th...the OP is asking questions that can only be opinionated. What do pre-season predictions prove? I don't get some of these posts. It might be a tad more interesting if the OP answered her own questions.

Smokey understands he is not being attacked from all sides, he is just frustrated seeing fans take topics and making it about the author (or another poster) rather than the actual subject. I am with him in this frustration as I find myself having to babysit you guys more and more. We all understand it is of the off season, but there is absolutely NO REASON whatsoever to comment towards someone instead of the topic in any context.

If you have nothing to offer up on the topic, feel free to hold your silence.

Now get your asses back to talking about the valuable exhibition games! 🤣 Yes, they are valuable and if you doubt that just go ask the players at the bottom of the 90 man roster.
