Maybe if there is any angst here it should be that the Military is spending the money for this instead of who is receiving the money? Even that is a stretch because they have to recruit so we can freely piss and moan, right?
Here is something to think about. National Guard is primary sponsor for Dale Earnhardt Jr's race car. A primary sponsorship costs $5 million on the low end and upwards t o $35 million for one season. This is tax payers money for big stickers on a race car going left turn, left turn, left turn and we're going to piss and moan over $600k over how many years? Make no mistake, I love racing, if I didn't have a family, I would pour every single penny I have into it, but let's be real here folks.
